useful informations
This shakes works best with 1080p compositions. If you are using 720p ones you'll notice the shakes to be "stronger". To fix that problem you can lower the position / rotation values proportionately to your edit's resolution.
If you are using shorter clips you can reduce the distance between keyframes (beware that with some shakes you may need to adjust the graph too).
