How to install the latest stable MariaDB version on CentOS 8

Commands:
Download the MariaDB repo setup script:
wget https://downloads.mariadb.com/MariaDB...
Install the dependencies
sudo yum install perl-DBI libaio libsepol lsof boost-program-options
