Just follow the Steps:
Right Click on My computer from Desktop
then click on Manage
After open Manage Window
there is left side option Device Manager
click on that,
then right side panel all driver is showing
check Universal Serial Bus Controller
Expand Universal Serial Bus Controller
there is USB Mass Storage Device with Error
or showing Unknown Device
Right Click on that and Uninstall it
after uninstall completed
Click on Scan for Hardware Changes on Above of Device Manager as
shown on Video
After scan Completed
check Your Pen Drive is Connected.
