1st Step: In Login Screen

you have to restart with pressing Left Shift button of Keyboard
Left Shift+restart
2nd Step: In Troubleshoot Mode

Click Troubleshoot-----Advance Option-------Command Prompt
3rd Step: Check windows directory after open Command Prompt
D:
D:\cd windows
D:\Windows\cd System32
D:\Windows\System32
D:\Windows\System32\ren utilman.exe utilman1.exe
D:\Windows\System32\ren cmd.exe utilman1.exe
D:\exit
4th Step: Click Continue to Windows-11
5th Step: In Login Screen click right corner Accebility Icon to open command prompt
6th Step: Command Prompt Command

7th Step:Select User which you want to reset Password
Click Reset Password
Click Apply then OK
8th Step: Command Exit
Now You can Enter with your New Password or No password
9th Step: To restore System Application
