Iliya Idakiev, a Google Developer Expert in Angular and Web Technologies, talks about the process and the benefits of becoming a GDE.
He has 7+ years of experience with JavaScript and teaches at Sofia University. For the last 5 years, he has been running his own company (Hillgrand) where he develops various web applications. Iliya likes to organize and participate in JavaScript events, especially live coding. He and his team have a YouTube channel (commitjs -    / commitjs   ) where they post live demos and discuss advanced topics on JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue, Web Components, lit-html, web, node, deno.
Today he is here to answer some questions on what it is like to be a Google Developer Expert, how to become one, and how to stay motivated.
