Finally I found a solution for lagging in ROS, who doesn't have Nvida Graphic Card

You need to check your Open GL version, it depends on your video graphic Drivers. 😱, so its better to upgrade to latest OS and Latest Drivers (1st check then decide what you gonna do)
Download OpenGL Viewer to Check what version supports for you 👇👇👇

👻 Your lap video Drivers should be supports minimum OpenGL 4.1 at-lease unofficially. To check that one download Above link OpenGL version checker
👻 If your Video Drivers doesn't support OpenGL 4.1 Upgrade your OS and Install latest video Drivers, Still helpless So Sorry 😩

even some windows 10 pc/lap also not working still i cannot figure out why is that, its depend on your luck for now
