Hydra PCM Prep - Is your PCM Properly Prepped?
PCM preparation and cleaning is paramount when it comes to installing our Hydra Chip. 99% of the troubleshooting calls we get come down to PCM cleanliness. The Hydra Chip requires a perfect contact to the PCM pins in order to function properly. Most of the time, poor contact to the PCM will lead to a crank no start or an intermittent stall condition. Worse case scenario, though, poor contact to the PCM can lead to PCM or Hydra damage.
