How to Create Square Video in Premiere
Making a square video in Adobe Premiere Pro is easy - but you want to make sure you have your settings correct before you start editing.
To create a square video in Adobe Premiere, create a new sequence and ensure the aspect ratio is 1:1 by updating the video resolution. The height and width of your square video resolution should match exactly (1080x1080, 720x720, etc.).
Make sure you add some creativity to your square videos - this video demonstrates how I interacted with my environment while shooting. I was then able to import my footage into Premiere Pro and use keyframes to make it appear as though I was interacting with the graphic elements on screen.
