The eagle lives 60-70 years. But when he turns 30, he is faced with a difficult choice - to be reborn or die.
By the age of 30, the eagle's beak is bent so that it can hardly eat, the claws grow and bend inward and it can no longer grab prey, and the abundant old plumage interferes with flying.
Some of the eagles continue to exist without doing anything, and, in the end, die from a slow death from starvation.
Others decide on a 120-day austerity associated with tremendous pain and trials.
The eagle finds a gorge and, having settled there, begins to beat the stone with its beak until it completely breaks it. The beak is restored in about 40 days. With its help, the eagle pulls out its claws alive. About 40 more long days in the gorge until new young claws appear. Then the eagle pulls out its old plumage.
And after 120 days of testing, he, born again, lives for another 30 years.
Just as an eagle needs to go through physical rebirth, deciding on pain and hunger, so every person encounters a period in life when life loses its brightness, and he either continues to pretend to be a happy person, doing many things in a pitiful attempt to fill the void inside himself or takes a step into the unknown, towards his fears and trials, physical and spiritual austerities, so that he will be born a second time, like a tooth - first a milk tooth, and then a molar tooth!
