Inkscape | Using Text and Fonts
Using text in Inkscape is simple and straight forward. Whether you want to just add text to your designs, create coloured text, add a stroke to your text or use kerning to give your text a unique look. I cover all the text basics in this video.
I’ll be looking at how to add text, change the font, size and style of your text. I’ll show you how to adjust the spacing of your letters, words and lines, how to use kerning to improve the appearance of your text and how you can rotate individual letters. I’ll also show you how to constrain your text using a text box and how to colour your text and add a stroke to outline your writing.
