how to create halftone art in Inkscape using Tiled Clones. In this video I create a simple shape and replicate it with tiled clones. With the clones above an image I adjust the spacing using the Shift tab to better fill the area, I then use Trace to adjust the size of the cloned shaped depending on the lightness of the image below.
This method is simple and effective.
In this tutorial, I’m using the latest version of Inkscape – Inkscape 1.3.1
