Soft apple cookies recipe.
Ingredient List:
Cup = 250 ml
Apples - 2-3 pcs.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 100 g (2/5 cup)
Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Softened butter - 100 g
Flour - 280 g (1 + 2/3 cups)*
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking time 20 minutes at 180C (350F)**
