Gaming Pastime reviews Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist for PC.

Developed by Ubisoft Toronto and published by Ubisoft, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist was released for PC in August, 2013. Splinter Cell: Blacklist blends the classic stealth gameplay with the new action-oriented approach of Conviction nicely. It's easily the best Splinter Cell game since Chaos Theory.
