BREAKING NEWS: GIMP 3.0 String Freeze Announced

GIMP just announced it has activated the "String Freeze" phase of development for GIMP 3.0. This means text throughout the software will be locked in, allowing time for translators to catch up prior to putting out the GIMP 3.0.0-RC1 release candidate (which will go on to become GIMP 3.0).
