Organic potato production in Transylvania
One-year organic (bio) potato experiment on four small farms in Transylvania. The farmers share their experiences with growing a total of 14 varieties of potatoes and we sum up the results. The experiment was carried out by the Agri-Cultura-Natura Transylvaniae Association and is part of an EU-funded international agro-ecological project: www.traece.eu
