I am so disheartened at the daily increase of Instacart customer scams. Watch this video for Tips to help you. Customers are deceitfully reporting their groceries not delivered, resulting in Instacart Shoppers being deactivated. This is not okay and MUST stop.
Until this obvious customer fraud stops, as shoppers, we need to protect ourselves from falling victim to this blatent fraud. Reports of missing groceries and missing items is on the Rise and it happens to innocent shoppers without warning. It's not a matter of if this might happen, but WHEN it will happen. The rating system, as it stands, is designed to protect the customer, not the shopper. So we must protect ourselves.

Use Geo Tracker Photo Apps which are free, such as Time Stamp Camera and GPS Camera.
You need to take multiple photos of the groceries dropped off, including the contents inside the bags. Watch this video more more detailed steps and help, should this happen to you.
