Hello, guys!
This time, on the series Chilling & Talking, I share my thoughts about using our ordinary daily moments and activities as meditative processes to feel and be better. Playing retro games, preparing a yummy tea, trimming my bear, going for a walk, cutting vegetables for a meal, brushing my teeth, and so many others, are regular/every day things that I try to do in a conscious way, with both no goal, and with the goal to relax myself, to feel more peaceful, to feel more happy, and whatever good emotions and states I wanna be in.
