The iTechworld iTECH500P is a lightweight portable power station, with a 500W Pure Sine Wave Inverter, multiple USB outputs, multiple 12V outputs, LED display, a built in MPPT solar controller, DCDC charger and 240v charger to keep the 50Ah internal lithium battery charged.
Encased inside the iTECH500P is a 50Ah Lithium LiFePO4 battery, thanks to iTechworld's Australian design team you can access the full 50Ah out of this lithium battery, in comparison to the antiquated style lead acid batteries where you could only access 50% of its true capacity, making the iTECH500P’s internal 50Ah lithium battery equivalent to a 100Ah lead acid battery.
iTechworld use the highest quality parts in all their products, with the use of A-grade lithium LiFePO4 cells the iTECH500P has the ability to cycle 2,000 times, in comparison to other power stations which will only cycles 500 times or in comparison to lead acid batteries which will only see 300-400 cycles you will see unmatched performance and lifespan with the iTECH500P.
Charge the iTECH500P via 12V and plug the into a car cigarette adapter for charging on the go thanks to the inbuilt DCDC charger, via 240V mains when at home charge or via solar with the inbuilt MPPT solar controller that allows for fast and efficient charge from your solar panels. The iTECH500P will take only 7-8 hours to fully charge using a 120W panel. Adding a solar panel to the iTECH500P turns it into a solar generator and can quite literally give you weeks' worth of power!
The iTECH500P can charge and discharge simultaneously, meaning you can be charging via the vehicle's 12v cigarette socket, and at the same time, run a 12V fridge and charge mobile devices. When the car stops, the iTECH500P will keep running the 12V fridge. Start the car back up again, and the iTECH500P will continue to charge.
Equipped with a 500W pure sine wave inverter the iTECH500P allows you to bring some of your comforts form home on the road.
The iTECH500P’s 240V output is pure sine wave, very similar to power you would see from a household socket, allowing you to charge and use frequency sensitive equipment directly from the iTECH500P, including laptops, mobile phones, camera gear, CPAP machines, etc!
All the 12V outputs on the iTECH500P are regulated which allows longer run time with 12V appliances such as fridges and eliminates the low voltage cut off issues seen with some fridges and lithium power packs.
We tested a 40 litre Engel fridge on the iTECH500P and it ran for 2 days before a recharge was required.
