YouTube is Testing "Community Notes"? What Can Go Wrong?
Today, YouTube went out of their way to create an entire blog post regarding an experimental feature that doesn't actually have an official name, but what some creators are referring to as "community notes". Whilst this experiment is limited, some creators have praised the idea, and others are a little confused of concerned. In this video, Doug dives into the blog post and gives some clarity as to who actually gets to add notes to a video, eligibility and more.
