Use Inkscape to create this beautiful family tree design. In this tutorial, I show you where to get the tree design for free and how to prepare the SVG image ready for Cricut design space. You’ll learn where to get the ‘free for commercial use’ font and you will also learn step by step how to cut a border around the names and how to turn the whole design into a single path. I also demonstrate how to use the Union and Difference path functions (or Boolean Operators).

In this tutorial, I’m using the latest version of Inkscape – Inkscape 1.1
