Start_date = Start date as a valid Excel date.
months = Number of months before or after start_date.

#1 - The EDATE Excel Function's 2nd parameter must be a positive number.
#2 - If start date is an invalid date, # VALUE error is returned by EDATE in excel.
#3 - The value is truncated to be an integer if months is not an integer.
#4 - As sequential serial numbers, Microsoft Excel stores dates so that they can be used in calculations.
