In video i show how to connect a Smart Watch to an android phone the same also applies to an iOS device, so basically this should be able to work with any smartwatch the fundamentals remain the same that one need a smartphone, an app for the smartwatch and obviously the phone itself, in this video i used the T500 Plus Smart Watch.

When you connect the smart watch to the phone in most instances it will answer the question how to adjust time on your smart watch
