This is an exact copy of the original Wim Hof's guided breathing, available for free on YouTube ( • Guided Wim Hof Method Breathing )

However, this version is free of 'Hi guys', 'into the belly, into the chest, and let go', etc. All glory to Wim, yet sometimes even the talking can be disturbing. The spoken instructions were replaced with different gong sounds so if you are familiar with the original, you'll find out soon what each gong means.
