Left 4 Dead - Crash Course
"Crash Course" ― After escaping Fairfield in "No Mercy", the helicopter crashes in an area close to the abandoned highway in "Death Toll". With the pilot having fallen to the Infection, Zoey is forced to kill him mid-flight. Having survived the crash landing intact, the Survivors make their way across alleys to a garage where they find an armored delivery truck on top of a vehicle elevator, just out of reach.
