In this video, I show you just how I make my Bedtime Turmeric and Matcha Tea. This tea has naturally powerful metabolism boosters such as oolong tea, matcha tea and turmeric. You can have it anytime of the day, just don't use the sleepytime tea that I used. Feel free to use any tea you like, just make sure to use the oolong in addition to whatever flavor tea you choose.

INGREDIENTS:
16 oz boiling water
1/4 tsp ceremonial grade ground matcha tea
1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
sprinkle of black pepper
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 bag of oolong tea and one bag of your choice (I prefer Sleepytime Tea)
1 or 2 slices of fresh ginger root.


INSTRUCTIONS:
1. While water is heating, add sliced ginger root to cup along with tea bags.
2. Add water and steep tea according to package instructions.
3. Add all ingredients after steeping tea so that they don't get absorbed by the tea bag.
4. Stir and Enjoy!
