糖醋里肌的做法有很多,今天介紹的這個食譜,是一般在餐廳裡比較常常吃到的糖醋里肌,做法簡單,酸甜爽口,是一道深受孩子們喜愛的一道菜。

這個食譜最重要的一個關鍵,就是拍打肉片,拍打過的肉片,比較容易入味,並且縮短了醃漬與油炸的時間,口感酥嫩卻不油膩,味道酸甜可口!

食材:
375克 豬大里肌(小里肌亦可)

[醃漬料]:
砂糖
醬油
紹興酒(或其他料酒)
[炸粉麵漿]:
中筋麵粉
馬鈴薯澱粉(或其他種類澱粉)
小蘇打粉
冷水

[醬汁 ]:
蕃茄醬
白醋
砂糖
