🎥 My first Impressions of the Canon EOS R5 Mark II: Dynamic Range vs. R5 Mark I & C-Log 2 Video Test vs. the C70 🎥

I’m excited to share my first impressions of the highly anticipated Canon EOS R5 Mark II. In this video, we’re diving straight into testing this powerhouse camera in real-world scenarios to see how it stacks up against its predecessor, the Canon EOS R5 Mark I.

We’ll be putting the R5 Mark II through its paces in two studio setups. First, I’ll test its dynamic range with a high-contrast portrait featuring the talented model Sophia (Instagram: @sophiakropp), comparing the results directly with the original R5 Mark I. Then, we’ll move on to a one-light painterly portrait with lots of shadows to further evaluate the differences. Finally, we’ll test the R5 Mark II’s C-Log 2 video capabilities against the Canon C70 in 4K Long GOP (LGOP) as XF-AVC UHD 4K 422 10-bit.
