Update: I have done about 2000km, and everything is still good.

It might not be the best way of doing things but it worked for me.
Tightening torques: Pinion nut (41mm socket) 250 Nm and then 1 deg increments until rotational torque is 1.1 +- 0.2 Nm (These are from Land Rover manual: https://www.s80.dk/DIY/rearDiff/misc/... ).
The video contains all the bearing and seal numbers. The kit cost 200€ off Ebay + Haldex filter, oil, and diff oil. Took me a bit over a day including the tool searching and making.
The thing I made for measuring rotational torque looks as it looks just because I only had one type of springs to use so I had to keep adding them to get to the right Nm scale.
