How to Change Hair Color In Photoshop CS5
This video tutorial will show you how to change hair color in photoshop cs5 or any other photoshop software. In this tutorial I will show you how to change the person's hair color in photoshop. I change the guy hair color from normal to red in this video. This is a really easy tutorial for everyone. In this video i go step by step on how to change hair color in photoshop easily.

The first thing you need to do to get started is get an image of someone that you want to change hair color with. In this tutorial I used an image i found at Google which can be found here: http://goo.gl/X2MSXz After you got your image that you want to change hair color with, you then open that image up in Photoshop.
1) Add a Hue saturation layer by clicking on the new adjustment layer icon on the bottom right of photoshop. Then select hue/saturation.
2) Click on the colorize check box to check it.
3) Now it's time for you to select the hair color in photoshop. The box that's going to appear in Photoshop will have three different items. It will have Hue, saturation and the lightness. The two options will be working with are the hue and the saturation of the image. In this photoshop tutorial we won't touch the lightness of the image. The hue in photoshop changes the color of the image. If you drag the saturation to the left than it will be less saturated and if you dragged to the right it will be more saturated. Mess around with those two options to get the color you want for the hair.
4) Now that we have a right color for our image we need to add it to just the hair. As you can see the effect has taken over our entire image. We just want the effect to take place in the hair and not the whole entire image. What we need to do now is hide the effect of the hue/ saturation. To do this we will need to press Ctrl + Backspace for windows or Command + Delete if you are running a mac.
5) Select the brush tool to begin coloring the hair. We can select the brush tool by going to the left hand side of photoshop or we can hit B on the keyboard to get to our brush tool. After the brush tool is selected, we need to change the foreground color to white. Now we can begin brushing over the hair.
6) Now when brushing the hair we need to zoom in to the image to make it easier. To do this we need to hit Ctrl + on windows to zoom in. Also we can change the brush size of the image by pressing the ({) or (}) .
7) When you make a mistake, you can simply hit x to colorize the mistake you've made. You can hit x back to start coloring again.
