The fashion industry produces a huge amount of waste — but more sustainable fabrics are gaining ground. One example: TômTex, which manufactures a compostable, bio-based fabric from shrimp shells and mushrooms. Ross McBee, co-founder of TômTex, explains how such textiles could make a huge difference for the environment and human health.
