Materials
1 egg
1 teacup of oil
1 teaspoon of water
1 teaspoon of milk
1 tablespoon of yogurt
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of vinegar
4.5 cups of flour

corn or wheat starch

250 g plain oil or butter

for sherbet
3.5 cups sugar
4 glasses of water
a slice of lemon
