Having arrived at the Baltika site, we evaluated the possibility of loading simulation, checked the scale errors and compared them with the indications of the TruckLoader program (www.TLrun.com). We use a standard order of this company to consider the nuances of weighing and measuring transport, modeling and loading, that affect the final values of axle loads. In our opinion, a decrease in scales errors to acceptable values of 2-5% makes it possible to increase cargo transportation up to 22-23 tons per trailer. At the same time, the program warns about the risk of overloading heavy vehicles even on standard orders of 20 tons.
