As someone from Oregon, We have a lot of Vietnamese people in the state with The Jade District In South East Portland having high concentration of Vietnamese And Chinese people within it, But also weirdly having a high concentration of Russians.
So I thought I would make this video to poke fun at how out of place The Russians are in what is basically Oregon's Asiatown.
