In this video we discuss the Five IEC 61131-3 Programming Languages. These consist of Ladder (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Sequential Flow Chart (SFC), Structured Text (ST), and Instruction List (IL)!

While many of these languages can do the same functionality, they also each have special advantages and specific drawbacks, and as a well-rounded controls or automation engineer you will likely need an understanding of them all!!
