This week we have a few announcements:
1. I have rebranded part of my channel as well as the game analysis podcast show. It is now called the VR Dev's Breakdown.
2. We are going to be talking about the Resident Evil 2 Remake, and I have been looking forward to this specific episode for a long time. We have primarily been focused on first-person adventures, mostly because they are easier for us to discuss translating them into VR titles. But with the recent announcement of Resident Evil 4 coming to the Oculus Quest, I can confidently cover this game on my podcast. In this episode we will be focusing on why Resident Evil 2 is a breath of fresh air for most players, designed around the classic with a modern twist, engaging new players, and holding on to what the original players loved about it. And of course, we will be discussing how we would turn this survival horror masterpiece into a VR title.
