Ingredients:
• garlic – 50 g
• vegetable oil – 375 ml
• lemon juice – 3 tbsp
• ice water – 125 ml
• salt – ½ tsp
You will need:
• blender
Preparation:
1. Crush the peeled garlic cloves, lemon juice, ice water and salt in a blender.
2. Then add the vegetable oil in three parts beating each time for 5-10 seconds to not have the sauce flaked. The garlic sauce is ready.
