I always forget which characters use which local specialties, so I went through each region’s specialty to find out:

Hiking over to Sumeru, there are NINE local specialties:
Rukkhashava Mushrooms used by Collei and Wanderer
Padisarah used by Nilou
Nilotpala Lotus: Layla and Tighnari
Kalpalata Lotus: Dori and Nahida
Henna Berry: Candace and Faruzan
Scarab: Cyno
Sand Grease Pupa: Alhaitham and Dehya
Mourning Flower: Kaveh
AND Trishiraite: No one!

Therefore, Sumeru has ONE local specialty used by NO characters, THREE local specialties used by ONE character and FIVE local specialties used by TWO characters
