Xiangling and Heizou Are (Almost) Setting Opposite RECORDS...
So the banners for the second half of 4.8 have been revealed and with them, the 4-Star line up consisting of Xiangling, Razor and Yanfei! Now the most notable 4-Star on this banner could be Razor’s inclusion, who, by the time the banners hit on August 6th, will have been missing for 379 days, but for me, the most notable 4-Stars of this banner have to be Xiangling and Heizou!
