Why You Should NOT SIGN a record deal in 2021!!

I MAKE A VIDEO LIKE THIS EVERY YEAR, SO LET ME GIVE YOU AN UPDATED 2021 REASON ON WHY YOU SHOULD NOT CONSIDER SIGNING WITH A MAJOR RECORD LABEL.

The amount of tools we have, to run our business efficiently, that cost pretty much next to nothing, have never been more abundant.

20 years ago, to have the systems that we can use for free these days to run our businesses would have cost you 20k a month easy, even as far as 8 to 7 years ago you would of been spending 2k a month to just try to operate like a business in most cases.

The ability to hyper target people that will resonate with your brand, service, or product has never been easier.

The amount of quality music business education, like for example in my Indie Artist Accelerator, has never been more available then it is today. (Clink in bio to join)

And there is another 100 reasons out why NOT TO SIGN, BUT IF THE POINTS ABOVE HAVE NOT CONVINCED YOU AND YOU ARE WILLING TO TRAP YOUR SELF WITH A MAJOR (Hopefully only for a couple of years if you're smart) THEN THAT'S YOUR PREROGATIVE I GUESS 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
