Twilight view of the eastern seaboard from the top of Island City Center Tower 2, Dadar East/Wadala, Mumbai. This view with purple hues, cloudy skies and monsoon vibes was shot in Diwali 2019, when the city had a rainy Diwali.
This view, facing east from @bombay_realty Two ICC, has been shot from its 65th floor and 223.2 metres/732 feet above the ground.
The view spans Wadala, Antop Hill, Bhakti Park, Chembur, Vashi (visible beyond Bhakti Park), Trombay, Sewri. MPT can be seen at the rightmost edge of the picture, where the lights of the construction activity for the Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link can be seen.
Spot the Wadala local train station, Wadala Monorail station as well as the light trails of a plane descending towards the Mumbai airport at the leftmost edge of the picture.
The Eastern Freeway can be seen snaking from the rightmost edge of the view, across Sewri and Pratiksha Nagar- Wadala, to Chembur from behind Ajmera I-Land at Bhakti Park.
Also spot the Gharapuri Island (Elephanta), Jawahar Dweep, hills of Uran and the lights of JNPT (Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust) behind Gharapuri island across the creek.
