Head MMA coach Joseph Henle teaches an outside penetration step entry into a double leg takedown, in one of our amateur level MMA class here at Tiger Muay Thai.
Our amateur level MMA classes run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 3pm. These classes develop the fundamental techniques of MMA, with a different focus on each day.
In addition to these amateur level classes, we also have pro level MMA classes on the same days, starting at 4:30pm. So whatever your current level of experience and ability, come level up your MMA game with us here at Tiger Muay Thai!
