Learn how to do a Frame Hold or Freeze Frame Video Effect in Adobe Premiere Pro CC.

In this Tutorial I not only show how to insert a frame hold segment to freeze or pause the action of a video clip for a moment and then resume playing, but also how to change the duration of the hold as well, to make it longer or shorter. This frozen action effect is very easy!
