From each family we made a layering. The main families derive a fistula uterus for themselves. After 9 to 10 days, we remove all the queen cells, except one. The best queen bee will always be on the edge of the frame, on the edge of the bee brood. At the bottom we do not leave the queen cells, in the middle too. If the family is in a swarm and there are swarm queen cells, then we also leave one uterus, preferably, if there is, a fistula.
