京都出身。LAやDetroitのビートシーンに影響を受け2010年よりビートメイクに着手。SOUL,JAZZ,REGGAE,電子音,ノイズ,環境音と如何なる素材も巧みにコラージュしてグルーヴへと昇華させるビートメイクスキルは唯一無二。過去にはAnderson.Paak"MALIBU"を再構築したコンセプトビートテープ"RE:BUILD"と"Tempaling File 0"そしてコンセプトビートテープ"%"シリーズをリリース。illa-J,Eric Lau,DJ KRUSH, STLNDRMS, James Tillmanなどとのイベント出演、THE NORTH FACE CUPやF.C.Real Bristolなどへの楽曲提供、BLUE NOTE×EPISTROPHのコンピレーションアルバムへの参加を経て、ビートプログラム"Table Beats"の指揮を取り2019年にはJazzy Sport Kyotoからコレクティブビートアルバム"Someone'Order"をリリース。またNative Instruments社のサンプルパック“EXPANSION”の日本初企画"CONCRETE SUN"の開発に参加したり、Daichi YamamotoのライブDJなど様々な活動を継続しながら各地でのビートライブもこなす。

Phennel Koliander was born in Kyoto, Japan.he started making beats in 2010, influenced by the beat scene in LA and Detroit, and his beat-making skills are unique in that he skillfully collages SOUL, JAZZ, REGGAE, electronic sounds, noise, environmental sounds and any other materials and sublimates them into a groove.He has released concept beat tapes "RE:BUILD" and "Tempaling File 0", which is a reworking of Anderson Paak's "MALIBU", and the concept beat tape "%" series. He has appeared at events with illa-J, Eric Lau, DJ KRUSH, STLNDRMS, James Tillman, etc., provided music for THE NORTH FACE CUP and F.C. Real Bristol, and participated in the BLUE NOTE x EPISTROPH compilation album, before taking the helm of the beat program "Table Beats". In 2019, he released a collective beat album "Someone'Order" on Jazzy Sport Kyoto. He also participated in the development of "CONCRETE SUN", the first Japanese project of Native Instruments' sample pack "EXPANSION", and continues various activities such as live DJing for Daichi Yamamoto. He also performs beat live at various venues.
