Rayburn Point.
Just a short walk east from Echo Lake Lumber Mill. Passing by the place that most players did The Captain's Dance. The Mirelurks have respawned there after all the corpses from the previous "Dance".
A short walk more to the east of Rayburn Point is a small Island where DiMA stashed a horrible secret... play the game and find out for yourself.
Next stop : Haddock Cove. The small unmarked Island on the way there looks appealing but I rather fish at Haddock Cove next.
