It's long, and boring, but hopefully this give you good insight on not just where to go, but how to get there, and a few things to keep in mind. You'll need 1x small pipes, and 1x concrete slab. The factory only has concrete, while the warehouse has everything, however it's harder to get too, and you'll need a big truck with a bed, and a trailer if you wish to do it all in one shot, which personally I can't do.
