Riot broke Urgot by buffing this Rune...
nimbus cloak + ignite is really op, especially into squishy ranged early that can semi-kite you. stuff like kennen, jayce, aurora, gnar, etc ignite early for the movement speed to close the gap and get a monster trade lvl 1.
