INGREDIENTS:
500 g of soft wheat flour (type 450, 480 or 500)
350 ml of warm milk
7 g of dry yeast (1 bag) or 20 g of fresh yeast (half a cube)
1 spoon of sugar (about 10 g)
half a spoonful of salt (about 5 g)

PREPARATION
Prepare the flour and add all other ingredients except oil.
Knead only briefly to combine the flour and milk.
Cover and leave at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, it is necessary to stir the dough in order for the gluten to develop and for the dough to rise more nicely.
Knead for about 3 minutes or longer.
Return the dough to the bowl and let it rise for about half an hour.
Remove the dough from the bowl, divide it into two parts and shape each part into a rectangle.
Roll out one part of the dough thinly and cut the edges like in the video.
Roll the dough into a roll and place it in the pan.
Do the same with the other part of the dough.
You can put baking paper in the pan or grease it with oil.
Coat the dough with oil and let it rise at room temperature for about 45 minutes, depending on the heat in the kitchen.
Bake the bread at 200 °C for about 20 minutes, depending on the oven.
When the bread is baked, coat it with oil.
