Do you pronounce "SQL" as "es-queue-el" or "SEQUEL"?

In this video we'll look at the history of the pronunciation of the three letters "SQL".
Original IBM (pronounced "Eye-bee-em" :-) ) created "SEQUEL", which was a joke based on an earlier language called "QUEL". However, this was already trademarked, and so IBM changed the name to "SQL".
The "American National Standards Institute" (ANSI) and the International Organization for Standarization (ISO) adopted the SQL standard in 1986 and 1987. They declared that the official pronunciation was "es queue el". The official pronunciation for MySQL is also "My es queue el".
However, many people also use "SEQUEL" as the pronunciation, and personally, that's fine by me as well.
