Click on title menu click on title.
There are different title templates available.
Click on one of them to edit it.

Enter text in line1, line2 text boxes.
To change text color click on text color.
Click on color and click ok button.
To save title click on save button.

It will create a title clip in project files section.
Drag & drop title clip on timeline.
Click on the play button to check it
Same way you can edit other title templates.
